You can apply for a Kroger Plus Card at customer service in-store, but it’s so much easier to just do it online – AND you’ll need to set up your Kroger.com account anyway in order to take advantage of digital coupons, track fuel points and more…so you might as well just do it now. 😁
- Head on over to Kroger.com to start the process
- Fill out all information requested. If you already have a Kroger Plus Card number you can enter it at this point. If not, a virtual card will be created for you. Make sure your address is up to date and your email preferences are set so you don’t miss out on extra savings sent via those methods.
- After your account has been created, I encourage your next step to be to choose your Community Rewards non-profit. Learn more about that HERE (but hint: it costs you nothing and does a world of good!).
- Now you’re ready to start loading Kroger Digital Coupons and Kroger Cash Back offers. I have another entire post dedicated to digital coupons, so please read through that HERE. Read all about Kroger Cash Back HERE.
- You can also view the Kroger Weekly Ad, track your Kroger Fuel Points, place a Kroger Pickup, Delivery or Ship order, view your purchase history and so much more!
- Be sure to also download the Kroger app to your mobile device so you can load coupons, use Kroger Pay and find items while shopping in store.

Ted DunnOur charge card was compromised so We need to change the card number we use for our Kroger orders to our new number. How do we get that done. I tried on the phone but end up like on an echo chamber. I thought it would be simple to give our address and email but as usual they say they don’t have our email address. Find this a very difficult site to use. I get a page on my phone I could put in my order on but you know our card would refuse it. We’ve placed about 10 orders our name and address would be something you could find. We’ve paid our money for getting free delivery. We even have 400 fuel points. Seems like you should be able to find our account. Phone # is 3526696937 . Address 2132 upper red lake lane, grand Island. Please call or send us a letter on what more you need from us to make the card # change. Thank you this won’t even post says not email address.

Thlis used to be very easy to load up digital coupons. Now I seem to be u nable to. I see the picture, but can’t find a way to load it up.

Hey! I have a Fred Meyers in my town but the website says that there are no kroger stores until 1600 miles away! Can I still sign up and get coupons and stuff? Can I still get a kroger plus card? Fred Meyers sells many kroger products so would it still work? Can I put in a different zip code?

Wahhh my phone doesn’t support this Video. Can someone please tell me the trick to get the mailers? I’ve been signed up for 4 Mos now and still no coupons from Kroger. Thanks to whoever is kind enough to reiterate! 🙂

Christina, My suggestion is that you go into your account and make a small change to your information, like a different phone number or email address. That seems to trigger it for some people. 🙂
